Susheel Navanale

CIO, Tata Global Beverages Ltd.

Susheel Navanale is the global CIO for all the group companies of Tata Global Beverages in India and overseas. He has led the IT strategy and its implementation for TGB since April 2010. During this period TGB has transitioned to a truly global company, requiring extensive IT investments in the areas of integration, consolidation and collaboration.

Prior to joining TGB, Susheel headed the global IT shared services centre for Kennametal in India. He was the regional CIO for Kennametal Inc. Before that, he worked with Unilever on country, regional and global roles in different areas of Information Technology.

Susheel has an overall experience of 22 years working up the ladder from Systems Manager to global CIO. He has been part of various business transformation projects led by information technology throughout his career.

Susheel has completed his Chemical engineering degree from NITK, Surathkal and MS in Industrial & Management Systems Engg. from Arizona State University. He has also completed his PG Diploma in Financial Management from Mumbai University.

Profile

Tim Bridges is chief executive officer of Capgemini Application Services in North America. In this role, he is responsible for providing clients with access to innovative business technology solutions aligned with their individual needs in their industry. Under Tim's leadership, the Application Services business includes the development, integration, and management of technology and applications capabilities that Capgemini brings to its clients across the United States and Canada.

Experience

With an over 20 year career at Capgemini in North America and its predecessor Ernst & Young, Tim has held a variety of positions along the entire spectrum of delivery and management. Tim started his career at Ernst & Young1 (E&Y) working on a client account with one of North America's largest insurance providers; during that time he progressed to Partner and Account Executive at E&Y. He later transitioned to lead the Structured Lending practice with several blue-chip clients in the fi nancial services and lending capital industry. Tim then led Capgemini's Media and Entertainment practice, where he was responsible for managing the client accounts at some of the industry's best known companies in fi lm, television, music and media & entertainment. Prior to becoming CEO, Tim also held leadership positions in Capgemini's U.S. Operations and West business units. Tim began his career at Northrop Corporation in 1983, where he worked in the advanced manufacturing technology areas.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
