Mr. Nitin Rohilla is currently the Chief - SAP centre of Excellence at The Tata Power Co. Ltd , India's largest integrated power company covering from Fuel and Logistics to Generation and Transmission to Distribution and Trading-exploring various renewable sources of energy in India and globally and also having a significant presence in wind, solar, hydro and geothermal energy space.

Nitin is a electrical Engineering Graduate from REC Krukshetra, post graduate from Faculty of Management studies, Delhi and a SAP Certified PLM consultant. He carries a 25 years of total work experience in Energy sector, both in Power Utilities and Oil & Gas Domain with proven domain expertise in End to End SAP Project implementation and Operations & maintenance of Electrical system. Apart from Tata Power, Nitin has successfully served successful stints with Cairn Energy India Pty Ltd, Tata Power Delhi Distribution Co Ltd, BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and Tata Chemicals.

At Tata Power, currently Nitin is leading a business transformation journey with adoption of latest offerings from SAP. This business transformation project called "Project Saarthi" with its coverage of the SAP functionalities will not only take Tata Power way ahead of most of the organisation in India but will take it to be among the best in utilities across globe in terms of SAP implementation. In Tata Power, IT is a enabler to business & walks along with them throughout the transformation journey and our vision is to "make IT as first - port of - call".

Kimy Tran

Portfolio Transformation Director, Capgemini Group

Kimy is a Vice President for Group Sales and Portfolio, in charge of the Group Portfolio Transformation and based in Paris. He joined the MAC Group in 1990, which then merged into Gemini Consulting. He has conducted numerous Business Transformation projects for large corporations. His 15 years of consulting experience include strategy development, organisational design, process reengineering and productivity improvements for pharmaceutical, defence, manufacturing and service companies. In the last 8 years, he has been acting as Strategy and Transformation Officer for Global Outsourcing and AppsOne, led and deployed several transformation programs such as MAP, i3 Industrialization and Lean. His current role includes defining the Group's strategy in terms of offers, the launch, deployment and growth of strategic and global offers across units and geographies. He holds a MS in Aeronautics and Space from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace in Toulouse, France, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA.
